  <description>quick post so that i can remember what i consumed.&lt;br /&gt;as i&apos;m typing this, i&apos;m shoveling cereal into my mouth and feeling sicker by the moment.&lt;br /&gt;my stomach is NOT happy with me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i did really well today.&lt;br /&gt;nothing until about 5 or so.&lt;br /&gt;then it kind of went downhill...&lt;br /&gt;but you know, i&apos;m just starting out again, so i suppose i shouldn&apos;t beat myself up for anything below 500 cal.&lt;br /&gt;oatmeal - 160 cal.&lt;br /&gt;soup - 60 cal.&lt;br /&gt;cereal - 130 cal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;oooops.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;total = 350 cal.&lt;br /&gt;not TOO&amp;nbsp;bad.&lt;br /&gt;not too great.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i kind of had a terrible day. fretting about &apos;severe damages&apos; that my body may or may not get from my stupid ED.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;gt;.&amp;lt;&lt;br /&gt;which is partly why i&apos;m eating now. not because i&apos;m starved, but because i got scared.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i really need a spoon. honey bunches of oats [with almonds!&amp;nbsp;:D] is not meant to be a finger-food, i&apos;m afraid.</description>

  <description>today was a good day, in all actuality.&lt;br /&gt;for some reason hunger never took its toll, and therefore, i didn&apos;t eat.&lt;br /&gt;felt nice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i saw bolt tonight with my friend [we&apos;re five at heart] and it was adorable.&lt;br /&gt;ate two pieces of gum.&lt;br /&gt;that&apos;s my entire consumption for the day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;score.</description>
